Let’s not tippy toe around the simple fact that you have a voracious desire to improve yourself each and every day so that you can make the most out of this absolutely beautiful life.
In order break past to the next level, you must push yourself, your spirit, your body, your psyche, your soul, your brain, whatever system it may be... to the EDGE.
Upon applying this chaos, or stressor AKA "entropy," your body and mind are forced to make adaptations and GROW.
However, pushing yourself to the max threshold requires that you're rested, focused, alert, and not overly aroused.
This is where "state management" comes in...
State Management is the management of your physical, spiritual, and cognitive health.
The optimal baseline state is a balance between relaxation and arousal.
If you’re overly aroused (aka, stressed, frazzled) you'll never truly be able to push your performance limits.
When you are rested, at ease, and alert, you can consciously choose to progress yourself to the maximum amount of entropy you can handle. If you're fatigued or suboptimal, you'll never truly be able to push your performance limits.
That's why you MUST follow both parts of this equation continuously to see transformation happen.
